Efficiency measures in Stradiņš Hospital

On Monday, April 10th, Pauls Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital held a press conference to present the improvements in everyday practical work done through efficiency or LEAN approach. Everyone were also able to get the first look at the new hospital block. In the press conference participated Kārlis Urbāns, Board member of Business effectiveness Association and Head of Business Development at Rigvir holding.
